Resolution

There is no unique timeframe when publishing job postings on different job boards. The same job posting can be published on one job board within 20 minutes and on another one within 24 hours. For instance, if you post your job on CareerBuilder or LinkedIn, the data should be transmitted to the job board within next 15-20 minutes. On the other hand, if you choose Indeed for instance, job details will be transmitted to the job board in the feed with other postings in the evening.

Within SuccessFactors Recruiting Posting integration, you can check the "Status" column of the posting in "Job Status Table" feature (see SAP Knowledge Base Article 2825298).

Please check the different posting statuses that can be displayed for a job posting in the Job Status Table in the following section from Recruiting Guide: Jobs Statuses of the Posted Jobs

If you see the job posted status as Active or Sent, but you are still unable to find the job on the job board, please contact the Job Board in order to check why the job is not posted.

If you see the job posted status as Processing for more than 24 hours without any visible error, you can submit an SAP Launchpad ticket by confirming the job requisition number and the job board in order to analyze why the job is not sent to the job board.

If you see the job posted status as Credentials or Credits error, please double-check your credentials, available credits or slots and other activation prerequisites for the job board. In case of Invalid field error, check if all fields are correctly populated and job location values (country, genuine city and its correct postal code) are correctly filled.

If you are sure that all credentials are in order and the job board has confirmed the activation, you can remove the error and resend the job (See SAP Knowledge Base Article 3121263). Sometimes, it may be only a temporary technical issue, jobs will be resent and if the error returns, posting logs need to be analyzed by the job board.

If the Technical error persists for more than 48 hours and the downloaded posting logs (see SAP Knowledge Base Article 3276360) do not show any specific error message, you can contact Product Support for further investigation.

Note that the Credits error may also be displayed when the job board detects that the correct contract, or the relevant contract type, has not been selected if such a field is present in the posting form.
