The sending frequency that was agreed during the integration process, depends on the technical integration with each job board and may be also impacted by the validation process on the job board's side.

You should find the information in Manage Recruiting Posting > My Job Boards > select a job board > Sending frequency on the top of the job board page.

With the web service integrations (job boards such us LinkedIn, Monster or CareerBuilder), the jobs should be transmitted and published within 60 min.

When a job board has no API options and we have an XML feed in place, jobs may be processed once or twice a day. If the job board has a validation process, it may take one to several business days before a job is published.

The setting of the posting frequency is done for all the customers and cannot be customized. If the job board wants to modify the sending frequency, the integration update needs to be requested (see SAP Knowledge Base Article 2773045).

Also, if you want to change the posting frequency, you need to reach out to the job board first. If the job board agrees knowing that this change will be applied to all our customers, they have to request the integration update (see SAP Knowledge Base Article 2773045).
