3276360 - Self Service Job Boards Logs - Recruiting Posting

This article aims to present the self-service job board logs feature available since 2211 release (December 9th).

Since 2211 Release, the job boards logs are now available directly from the Job Posting Table. 

From the Job Posting Table, a "Download Icon" will be displayed next to the status of the job. By clicking on the icon, it will open a new tab on your browser that will allow you to download the job boards logs.

Please note that we are expecting to display around 80% of the job boards logs on the customers' front end.

Due to technical constraints and confidential data, Recruiting Posting is not yet able to display all the job boards logs. If a job board log is not available, it will show the following message: "The posting logs are unavailable as the logs include confidential information about other customers".

Important note: The Product team is already working on the solution to display all the job boards logs in the Job Posting Table. 

If the logs are not available in the Job Posting Table and you need them for an investigation on the job board side, you can still request them via a Launchpad ticket. Please don't request job boards logs if you don't require them for investigation purposes.
