If you have implemented Recruiting Posting in test/staging, it is possible to go through the posting steps and explore the posting process.

However, please note that we cannot set up real job board feeds and send jobs between a Recruiting Posting staging environment and a job board, because most of job boards did not provide any testing platforms. Thus, most of jobs posted in the test environment will not be sent to a job board, and will remain "in processing", pending in the Recruiting Posting tool.

Prior to have a job ad sent to one or more job boards, you need to enable Recruiting Posting in Production. Some job boards can provide testing credentials or testing credits (please reach out to job board directly to check the possibility) that can be set up in Recruiting Posting production.

Some job boards now provide a sandbox to test your job postings before you post the job on the job board. You can test the job posting on a sandbox in the preview environment. Note that only a few job boards support the testing option (see SAP Knowledge Base Article 3245771 and 3245767)
