You are using the standard data source Survey Answer (technical ID FNDQREVQVB) and for phone calls the document data is missing, instead it is displaying No Text for UUID.

Reproducing the Issue
Go to the Business Analytics work center.
- Go to the Design Data Sources view.
- Show all and search for data source Survey Answer (technical ID FNDQREVQVB).
- Open the Preview of the data source.
- Add the characteristic Document UUID and Document Type to the rows.
- You will notice that for Phone Calls the characteristic Document UUID will display No Text for UUID.
The reference data source for the Survey Answer data source is the Visit data source. As a result if the consumer is Visit, the Visit information is shown properly. But if the consumer is Phone Call, no information is fetched and shown for the phone call. This is the current system behavior.
To get the information for Phone Calls, you can create a new joined data source with the Survey Answer data source (technical ID FNDQREVQVB) and the Phone Call data source (technical ID CODPCAHB).
Please create a left outer join with Phone Call as the Anchor data source. Create the join with the characteristic Phone Call from the Phone Call data source and Document UUID from the Survey Answer data source. The newly created data source will show the correct Document UUID for phone calls.
For consumers other than phone call and sales quote, we have standard data sources to get the corresponding survey answers data like Visit Survey Answers (ID QREVQVVISITHJ), Opportunity Survey Answers (ID CODOPPTHSVYAWB), Ticket Survey Answers (ID CODTKTSURVEYANS), etc. So you do not need to create any other join data source rather use the standard data sources from the system.
