2529203 - Missing Data in Survey Answer Data Source

You notice that the data source Survey Answer is not showing all the Surveys present in the Survey work center. Even though some of your Surveys have answers, they are not being displayed in the data source.

SAP Hybris Cloud for Customer

1. Go to Business Analytics work center and Design Data Sources view.
2. Show All and Find Survey Answer.
3. Click on Preview button.
4. See the data present in the data source.
5. Go to Surveys work center.
6. See that there are a lot of data there which are not being shown in the Survey Answer data source.

Other data sources which shows the same behavior are Visit Survey Answers and Visit Tasks and Surveys.

This is the system's expected behavior.

The data source Survey Answer is designed to show the data attached to Visit, Lead and Opportunity. Similarly data sources Visit Survey Answers and Visit Tasks and Surveys shows the data attached to Visits.

As a workaround, you can use the data source Ticket Survey Answers.

1. Go to Business Analytics work center and Design Data Sources view.
2. Search for *survey*.
3. See the entire list of data sources related to survey.

These data sources show the survey related data only for answered surveys. Therefore, the surveys which have been designed but not answered yet do not show up.
