This article explains how you can transmit or not the Salary information to different job boards when posting a job in Recruiting Posting.

SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Posting

1. Click Post Job and select the posting profile 
2. Select the desired Job Boards and click on Next
3. Search for the Salary field and insert the information
4. If you would not like to share this information with the job board(s), you need to keep the "Transmit salary to all job boards" unchecked. Otherwise, you can check this field and the information will be transmitted to job boards if the salary field is available in the current job board integration.
   
   
   
   
   
   

Please note that for some job boards, the salary information is mandatory and details will be transmitted even if the option "Transmit salary to all sites" in Recruiting Posting is not selected (see SAP Knowledge Base Article 2709787).

If the salary field is not available in the current integration and you still need to transmit it, the job board integration update process needs to be followed (See SAP Knowledge Base Article 2773045).

Important: the salary min and salary max value cannot contain a comma or a blank space, otherwise Recruiting Posting system cannot process it.
