SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Posting

When a job board requires salary data, users need to populate this field before sending the job ad to selected job boards. Different salary ranges could be selected on Recruiting Posting tool (e.g. per hour, month, year etc.) as well as currencies.

However, sometimes salary discrepancies can occur once a job ad is posted:

• Salary range not correctly displayed (e.g. annual salary range instead of hourly range)
• Inaccurate salary format or amount displayed
• Wrong currency
• Other issue related to salary

You can report a salary issue by submitting a Launchpad ticket for Recruiting Posting Support team for further investigation. Make sure to provide all details such as job requisition ID and title, job board name and publication link and/or screenshots.
