2822165 - Style Font Modification Saved In Survey Not Reflected

Font Style of the text in an existing Survey is changed, applied and saved. Changes done in font style are not reflected, when this survey is reopened.

SAP Cloud for Customer

1. Go to the Surveys Work Center.
2. Go to the surveys work center View.
3. Search and Open a survey XXX (where XXX represent the survey ID).
4. Edit Survey XXX.
5. Go to the Design facet.
6. In the Style section, change the style of any question, for example, change the font from 12pt to 10pt.
7. Click Apply.
8. Click "OK" on the success pop-up window, which confirms "Style applied successfully"
9. Refresh and reopen Survey ID XXX.

  Result: the Survey does not reflect the modified font.

The MIME type application/json is not available in the business configuration activity "Allowed MIME Types for Document Upload".

This causes the failure of style document modification.

Include MIME type application/json in the business configuration Activity "Allowed MIME Types for Document Upload"  to reflect the success of style document modification.

1. Go to the Business Configuration work center.
2. Go to the Implementation Projects view.
3. Select the relevant Implementation Project.
4. Open the Activity List.
5. Search for "Allowed MIME Types for Document Upload activity".
6. Allow/enable MIME Types "Allowed MIME Types for Document Upload".
7. Click Save and Close.

Please Note: JSON files must be allowed to upload in Cloud for Customer, to ensure modification done in survey style are saved and reflected immediately.
