2743603 - The Style Section is Not Visible in The Design Tab of The Survey

The Style section is not visible in the Design tab of the Survey.

SAP Cloud for Customer

1. Go to the Surveys work center.
2. Open the Survey ABC (ABC represents the Survey ID).
3. Go to the Design tab.

Result: the Style section is not visible.

The Category maintained for survey ABC does not support the Style section.

The Style section is only visible for Surveys of type Satisfaction category.

You can check the type of survey category in 'Survey' fine-tuning activity of business configuration and opening the 'Maintain Survey Categories', check the 'Type' column.

You may not see the category 'Satisfaction' at all, if that is the case, make sure your scoping element 'Enhanced Sales Campaign Functionalities' is scoped in your system.
