2940801 - E-mail is not received after "Import Users"

Symptom

E-mail from notification@sapnetworkmail.com not received after importing users via csv

Following: 2517844 - How to get the activation e-mail of an SAP Identity Authentication Service tenant, does not correct the issue

Environment

Identity Authentication Service (IAS)

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Import users by uploading csv
  2. Click "Send E-mails"
  3. Pop up of "<X number> e-mails sent" is displayed
  4. User(s) do(es) not receive email(s)

Cause

E-mail is sent from notification@sapnetworkmail.com but is bounced by you mail server settings

Resolution

Reconfigure your e-mail server settings [common reasons for an e-mail bounce are: Unknown domain; Spam Filters; Policy Filters; other misconfigurations]
