How to follow up the Preventive Measure sent about a service disruption in SuccessFactors?

You have received from Cloud Availability Center notifications about some service disruption and you would like to know how Preventive Measures placed in that notificatil will be done.
Please, follow up those points with your CSM or CEE.
If you don't have a CSM or CEE, please, open an incident under LOD-SF-PLT-NOT and attach the notification you received.
