2904139 - Attachments are not saving to PO that is in approval

The button 'create attachment' is still active even if the PO is in approval, after uploading attachment by this button the attachment will not be saved.

1. Open PO in web-gui application 'Created Purchase Order - advanced'

2. Add new attachment by button 'create attachment'

3. Save the change, and the attachment is found not attached to the PO.

we corrected the behavior of the attachment handling with CE2002 in the advanced procurement applications.

In version lower than CE 2002 it was indeed possible to add attachments even in display mode, which should not be allowed.

In CE2002 this issue was fixed in the WEBGUI applications of whole procurement area.

The FIORI apps did work in this way from the beginning, so we reached now a consistent state.

This change is documented in the attached 'What's New in SAP S/4HANA Cloud 2002' document in section 10.4.3.1.

 This means you should create the attachment before saving the purchase order. Otherwise you need to withdraw the purchase order from approval to add an attachment which is needed for the approver.

As of CE2005 the attachment link will be disabled in case the status is 'In Approval'.
