Users change their Jam email notification settings, but once they log-out and sign-in again, the settings saved previously are gone.

Please make sure that:
- Email field is populated on HXM Suite (BizX) side
- Jam is not restricting the email from HXM Suite to be updated on Jam side
In case you are sure that the email field is populated correctly on HXM Suite side, please check if Jam is not restricting the Email field from being populate as per screenshot below:
