2896887 - Signature Pads On Mobile Apps

Symptom

You acquired a signature pad to use with the SAP Cloud For Customer mobile apps (e.g. Windows, Android and iOS), however the app is not capturing the signature input from the external pad.

Environment

SAP Cloud For Customer

Cause

External signature pads are not supported. The app was designed so that the signatures can only be generated directly with the laptop or tablet.

Resolution

You need to use the mobile device itself to input the signature in the app.

If you need this functionality urgently you may contact your implementation manager to help with such request or approach directly the SAP Cloud Service Center.
