Reproducing the Issue
- Login as the affected user or Proxy this user's account.
- Open the homepage tiles named: Birthday/Work Anniversary and Manage My Team tiles.
- Application Error message pops up.
Please perform the following steps to resolve the issue:
- Use the Check Tool in Admin Center to check for any invalid manager hierarchy automatically. Invalid Manager Hierarchy is under User Management. Please see KBA: 2472648 - Check Tool: How to check your SuccessFactors configuration for more information on the Check tool usage. NOTE: You may also check any invalid managers by exporting the user data file from Employee Export in Admin Center and filtering them manually on an excel spreadsheet.
- Correct any invalid or inactive managers by performing an Employee Import or updating the incorrect data manually under Manage Users for non-Employee Central enabled instances. Please see this KBA: 2449342 - Troubleshooting Employee Imports - Guided Answer for more information how to perform and troubleshoot employee imports.
