2895753 - Unable to add new users in SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC)

Symptom

The following behavior occurs in SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC):

  • Import 2 users with the same user-id via .csv file, first user is created successfully. Second user is not created.
  • Update the user-id of the second user to a unique value. Try to create the second user again in SAC via import or manual creation.
  • Faile to create the second user

Environment

  • SAP Analytics Cloud (Enterprise) 2020.2.6

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Import 2 users with the same user-id via .csv file
  2. Update the user-id of the second user to a unique value
  3. Try to create the second user again in SAC via import or manual creation
  4. Faile to create the second user

Cause
