2894892 - Superannuation standard choice form - Candidate moved to signature step when step does not exist

Symptom

Candidates who complete the Australian Taxation Office Superannuation standard choice form, and choose to nominate their own APRA fund or RSA, are redirected to the Signature Step at the end of the New Employee Step instead of the ‘All Documents Submitted’ step, even though the Signature Step is not enabled for the process.

Reproducing the Issue

1. Onboard a new candidate with country ‘Australia’, in a process with no Signature Step.

2. Proceed to the NES and continue to the AUSTRALIAN TAXATION OFFICE | Superannuation standard choice form panels. 

3. In the second panel (SAP_AU_SuperStandardChoice02), select the option ‘The APRA fund or retirement savings account (RSA) I nominate’. 

4. In the fourth panel (SAP_AU_SuperStandardChoice04), upload the required documentation for nominating your APRA fund or RSA. 

5. Complete the remaining panels in the NES.

6. After completion of the NES, candidate appears in the Signature Step with ‘Unsigned’ status, instead of in the ‘All Documents Submitted’ step with 'Signed' status. This occurs even though the process has no Signature Step enabled.

This issue can be resolved by adding the option ‘SkipPrintFormsForManager’ in SuperAdmin.

1. Navigate to SuperAdmin > Account Options > Add Options

2. Enter the following details, then select 'Update': 

Name: SkipPrintFormsForManager

Group:

Process: {enter your process name}

Type: String

Value: True

 

3. Candidates who complete the Australian Taxation Office Superannuation standard choice form and choose to nominate and upload their own document, in an Onboarding process with no Signature Step, will be directed to status ‘All Documents Submitted’ after completion of the NES.
