Symptom

Alternate language isn't appearing in Personal Information Portlet

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Go to  Personal Information
  2. Alternate language isn't appearing in Personal Information Portlet

Cause

 People Profile bloc is out of synced

Resolution

  1. Go to admin Tool then Configure people Profile
  2. Select Personal Information
  3. Remove Personal Information block
  4. Save
  5. Click:  F5 or Refresh browser
  6. Add  Personal Information block
  7. Save

Or

As a customer, you do not have access to Provisioning. To complete tasks in Provisioning, contact your implementation partner. If you are no longer working with an implementation partner, contact SAP Cloud Support and provide the following

  1. Customer must provide a written approval for below update in provisioning

SAP or  Implementation Partner Task:

  1. Export and import SDM, CSF Data Model
  2. Run MDF cache Job
  3.  Remove and add personal information block from configure people profile
  4. Refresh MDF cache Job
