Symptom

View Profile button/link in RMK Career Site not working properly.

SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Marketing (RMK)

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Go to RMK Career Site;
  2. Click View Profile at the right-most top of the screen;
  3. Page keeps on loading and does not redirect to RCM Account Creation page.

Cause

The possible root cause is that the Candidate Account Simplification is disabled in Provisioning > Company Settings.

Resolution

Reach out to your implementation partner to review the Provisioning settings related to Candidate Account Simplification. If you don't have a partner engaged, please submit an incident to Product Support.
