2889713 - Rows are being rejected during data import from SAP GTT via generic OData into SAP Analytics Cloud


  • Import data using OData connection to SAP Global Track & Trace (GTT) fails.
  • After certain amount of data rows data cannot be imported anymore and error appears:
    The following error message comes from the external data service: status:500 body:{"error":{"code":"200000001","message":{"lang":"en","value":"Internal errors occurred while searching data on a remote server. Please contact SAP Support."}}}
  • Based on our tests this amount limit seems to be around 10000 rows.

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Connect to a SAP GTT table via native OData connection.
  2. Attempt to import dataset from "Delivery Process" as an example.
  3. Rows are rejected and the above error appears.
  4. In case lowering the amount of rows being imported by adding a date filter, rows are getting imported successfully.


This issue is currently under investigation by development.

Define a date filter to reduce the amount of rows to import, lower than 10000.
