Customers are raising issues wherein they do not receive an error/informational message for the following scenarios.
1. When importing the same benefit enrollment data multiple times in full purge mode; the system will allow multiple enrollment to be created even if the last imported data is a duplicate.
2. When importing Benefit Enrollment data on a zip file along with Insurance Plan Enrollment Details - Enrolling for Dependent, in this example the import is failing due to an incorrect person ID provided for the dependents, the system will just show that the import failed but will not give any informational message on why it failed.

As of this moment our engineering team is working on an enhancement through engineering ticket: BEN-3115, this feature will provide additional error messaging/informational message for import/s related to Benefit Enrollment. Currently there is no timeline on when this will be implemented.Kindly monitor this KBA for further updates.
