Symptom

  • Exporting in Explorer mode is not working in in SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC)

Environment

  • SAP Analytics Cloud (Enterprise) 2020.2.2

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Login to SAC
  2. Display any story with explorer mode on
  3. Go to explorer mode for a chart/table
  4. Click on Export
  5. Nothing happens. No pop up comes up to export

Cause

This issue is currently under investigation by development.

Resolution

This issue is currently under investigation by development.

Workaround:

Exit the explorer mode by clicking on "Exit Explorer Mode" and then try again.
