It is not clear how the 'Commited Delivery Date' is determined in for the App, Delivery Performance - Delivered as Requested.

Reproducing the Issue
Open App - 'Create Sales Order' App.
Fill in the sales data so that the document is complete.
Press the [Save] button to create the sales document.
Open App 'Delivery Performance - Delivered as Requested'.
View the 'Sales Order Item Delivery Performance': 'Commited Delivery Date'.
When the sales order is created and saved the field is filled as described in the documentation. The date is filled when the confirmed schedule line is first created - regardless if it is delayed or only partially confirmed. The committed delivery date is the point in time at which goods should arrive at the customer's site and corresponds to the latest confirmed delivery date of all confirmed schedule lines of a sales document item. When compared with the original confirmed delivery date, the committed delivery date helps to check your delivery reliability.
In update mode an update on the delivery performance relevant fields will only be triggered if certain criteria have been met. The committed delivery date, committed delivery creation date and committed delivery quantity in sales unit on item level will be updated in case one of the criteria mentioned below is fulfilled:
• Cumulative order quantity in sales unit is changed
• Material number is changed
• Agreed delivery time in the document is changed.
• Requested delivery date for the schedule line is changed
• An improvement in the committed delivery date is possible + Customizing Settings on the calculation rule for commitment date is set correctly.
This is the standard system behaviour, therefore no solution is required.
