Time Off balances are not showing for users on their PP3 UI
Other possible issues:
On the ESS UI > Balance Overview > correct balance is displayed, but the "Time Accounts View" shows "No Time Accounts"

Reproducing the Issue
- When an admin navigates to user's profile > Time Off tab > you can see balances for the associated time types.
- Now proxy as the user themselves and navigate to Time Off UI > Time types show zero balance
Go to Configure Object Definition > Time Profile.
The object is set to Secured, and the user has no permissions to the object.
Employees using time management should have view permission for relevant time profiles, time types, time account types, time accounts, work schedules, holiday calendars.
Please grant the user at least the view permission for the time profile object.
Then the balance should be displayed as per the associated time accounts.
