Reproducing the Issue
- Open a Job Requisition template in Manage Templates;
- Do some field changes;
- Save it;
- Notice that the Field Permission is not on red;
- Open it, and see the errors highlighted on the top:
When using Manage Templates, it is required to select at least one Operator on the Multi-Select field, even if you are typing in the operator on the text box on the right side. This is due to the validations executed by manage templates, which only supports standard roles.
To resolve this error, please review the operators on the permissions section on Manage templates and make sure you have them all assigned to valid operators on the Operators Multiselect field.
When adding custom roles without any standard selected, you need to use the XML template to add them and upload them back in to the system, as the validations done on Manage Templates and on the XML upload are different and more restrictive.
