When trying to access the onboarding module, the below error message is received:
"An error occurred during a connection to stage-onboarding4.successfactors.com. PR_CONNECT_RESET_ERROR
The page you are trying to view cannot be shown because the authenticity of the received data could not be verified."

Reproducing the Issue
- Login to the instance
- Go to Onboarding.
- Error is received.
It is either the onboarding account is disbled for the customer, or check if the URL used in the onboarding settings in Provisionin (BizX backend) is the Onboarding URL for Staging just like in the image shown above.
