Reproducing the Issue
- Naviagte to the instance refresh center
- Here you can see your scheduled refreshes
- Select a refresh you want to cancel and by clicking "cancel" under the actions tab.
- You will recieve a pop up stating: "You can cancel the refresh request only when the status is either “Validation in Progress” or “Scheduled”.
There is an issue where although the refresh is actually cancelled in the back end. It is not updating this in the front end UI.
Engineering are still investigating this and it might take little more time to conclude the issue resolution.
Once resolution is identified then they will be patching as per patch release cycle.
This KBA will be updated once a release for the patch is confirmed.
You can still go ahead on creating refresh request on need basis.
