2874203 - Missing SAML attributes "Map SAML Attribute" menu in SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) & SAP Digital Boardroom

Symptom

Various SAML attributes are missing in the "Map SAML Attribute" / "Map SAML User Properties" menu when trying to  in SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC).

According to the documentation, the following attributes should be visible, whereas only the attributes shown in bold are visible;

  • First Name
  • Last Name
  • Display Name
  • Job Title
  • Mobile
  • Phone
  • E-Mail
  • Functional Area
  • Office Location
  • Language
  • Date Formatting
  • Number Formatting

Environment

  • SAP Analytics Cloud 2019.21.1
  • Custom SAML SSO Identity Provider

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Log in to SAP Analytics Cloud
  2. Navigate to Menu - Security - Users
  3. Click the "Map SAML User Properties" button
  4. Under the "Target Property" column, click the dropdown menu
  5. Observe that some SAML attributes are missing

Cause

This issue is currently under investigation by Development.
