Symptom

This knowledge Base Article provides an explaination on the acceptable prefix for Card Numbers within SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding.

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Log into On-boarding application
  2. Open E-Verify activity of affected candidate
  3. Notice the Card Number is prefix with NOT allowed prefix (USA)

For this example:

Cause

“USA” is not Card Numbers. Card number is started with prefixes are:eac, lin, msc, src, wac, ysc, ioe, z**

Resolution

Please see example of card I551 and where number is placed. Card number also can be placed at the backend of the card.
