2868525 - Connection can't be imported between tenants in SAP Analytics Cloud

Symptom

The connection is not imported with an error status with the message: "The system cannot import the connection at this time because of a recent driver upgrade. Please try again later.

Environment

SAP Analytics Cloud Version 2019.23.2

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Click on the main menu -> deployment -> export
  2. Click on new 'plus icon'
  3. Expand connection node and select the connection
  4. Click on the export button in the top right corner (below the question mark icon)
  5. After the pop up window appears, name the file and click export
  6. Wait for the process to initialize and see the downloaded tgz file
  7. Go to the other tenant
  8. Click on the main menu -> deployment -> import
  9. Click on the plus icon to create a new import
  10. After the pop up window appears select the connection

Cause

Defect in SAC import/export functionality

Resolution

This issue is currently under investigation by Development.
