Your customer fields are not displayed after the upgraded to 1911CE.

Reproducing the Issue
- App- Customer Fields and Logic : custom fields for Service Orders are correctly defined and published. These fields were created an used in previous versions.
- App- Manage Service Order : customer fields are not displayed anymore in the detail of Service order . Moreover, they are not available in the list report.
Customer didn’t enable “Service Management Harmonization” in “Custom Fields and Logic” in extensibility.
Go to the App - Custom Fields and Logic and enable the usage in “UIs and Reports” for your customer's fields
Afterward, you will be able to display them
- Service Order : "Reference Object" tab
- Service Order lists
