You would like to disable the formatting options available for certain fields in the Cloud for Customer system.

Currently it is not possible to disable the formatting options available for standard fields since these options are directly bound to the field type Rich Text, which is defined in the field properties and hence cannot be changed.
This is the standard behavior of the system.
If you need this functionality urgently you may contact your implementation manager to help with such request or approach directly the SAP Cloud Service Center.
