Reproducing the Issue
- Login and go to Manage Permission Roles
- Select a permission role
- Receive application error with fingerprint=63e6cee056b4b9d29bcface118a88820d9b91066

The cause is an code issue on MDF RBP logic.
Issue is reported to Engineering and a code fix is expected to be deployed on November 22nd through patch.
