In a Quick Create screen (for example Visits), you have a KUT field. You select a value for this field but as soon as the Account is entered, the field value is cleared.

Reproducing the Issue
Prerequisite: a KUT field ABC (ABC stands for the name of the field) in the Quick Create screen for Visits (for example).
- Go to the Visits work centre.
- Click New to create a new Visit.
- Enter a value for your KUT field ABC.
- Now enter an Account
Result: the KUT field as being cleared and shows blank now.
The field ABC has an extension scenario enabled Accounts -> Activity. Hence whenever the account is entered in QC, the relevant value is being copied from this Account.
The value is being cleared / changed because in the newly selected account there is no data for this field / or the field is not added in the account.
If the behavior is not intended please deactivate the extension scenario.
