What is Manage Login Accounts page?
It is a new feature introduced on b1911 system release as a way to decouple accounts from users universally, meaning that a person can have multiple users but only one login account. The login account is active as long as the person has at least one active user. The "Manage Login Accounts" admin tool allows you to view users login account information, including login name and login method, and change the login account if necessary.

What are the prerequisites to use Manage Login Accounts?
To access the tool, grant the permission Manage User > Manage Login Accounts
To search for users, grant the permission Manage User > Employee Export
How is the Login Account data created?
Login Account data is created along with the first user creation. The data is the similar with first user: login name = username, link to person, and so on.
Why do I see blank data on Manage Login Account page?
When customer admin imports user data with blank data such as login method or login locate, the account data will also be blank.
Which types of data is used by Manage Login Account page?
Manage Login Account page consumes 3 kinds of entities/tables: Person, Account, and User.
- Person: Person ID, full name
- Account: login name, login method, locale
- User: username, Primary Assignment
How to update the data in Manage Login Account page?
Introduced on 2H 2021 release (item PLA-25355) - now you can update Account details via Manage Login Accounts page.

NOTE #1: You can only change an employee's login account in the Manage Login Account page when the employee has more than one users.
NOTE #2: The login method specified in a login account works only when your company has enabled Partial Organization SSO.
NOTE #3: There should be no automatic change to switch Login Account to a different User ID.
How to update password related settings while changing the login account?
Introduced on 1H 2022 release (item PLA-28235) - now you can update Password details via Manage Login Accounts page while changing the login account.

Can we update Language settings for all account at once incase of multiple employments?

Enhancements to Email Notification of Reset Login Account Passwords in 1H 2023 Release
After we reset passwords for login accounts using the Manage Login Accounts admin tool, we receive an email notification on password reset status. We've enhanced the name of the email notification from Reset User Passwords Status to Reset Login Account Passwords Status. Refer the help guide : Link
