As an administrator, you can now assign supplemental to-do items to specific permission roles or groups. Previously, all supplemental to-do items were assigned to all users.
Now you can target them to a particular audience.

To create a supplement todo please reference SAP Help Guide Creating a Supplement To-Do Item
Prerequisites: You have Manage Home Page and To-Do Admin permissions.
Note : Only admin user with RBP permissions will be able to see the permission column. Normal Homepage admin can only see same column setting as previous release
To select permissions column for supplement to-do Items -> Navigate to Admin Center -> Manage Home Page -> Click To-Do Settings -> select Supplemental To-Do Items as per screen shot below:
From the permission column you can assign supplemental to-do items to dynamic groups.
