2849105 - How to Open Server-Side Integration Add-in from Outlook Mobile App

Symptom

You have enabled and configured Server-Side Integration in your Cloud for Customer system, however doesn't know how to access the Server-Side Add-In from Outlook mobile application.

Environment

  • SAP Cloud for Customer
  • Server-Side Integration

Resolution

Here are the instructions to access the Add-In:

(Instructions are the same for iOS and Android apps)
  1. Open Outlook Mobile App.
  2. Open any email from Inbox or Sent Items.
  3. Tap 3 dots, as marked on the screenshot below.

  4. Tap SAP icon.

  5. You will get the same WEB-UI with the same functionality, as in Outlook side-bar add-in.
