You have enabled and configured Server-Side Integration in your Cloud for Customer system, however doesn't know how to access the Server-Side Add-In from Outlook mobile application.

Here are the instructions to access the Add-In:(Instructions are the same for iOS and Android apps)
- Open Outlook Mobile App.
- Open any email from Inbox or Sent Items.
- Tap 3 dots, as marked on the screenshot below.
- Tap SAP icon.
- You will get the same WEB-UI with the same functionality, as in Outlook side-bar add-in.
