2843632 - Translator Used on i-9 Not Available to Sign Document - Onboarding

Symptom

  • Candidate used translator to complete the I-9 activity, however the translator is not around to sign the I-9 document.
  • Translator left the company and is not available to sign the document.
  • How to change the translator who is not available to sign the i-9 document.
  • There is no option to restart the activity.

Resolution

Open a Support Incident with SuccessFactors Product Support, to include the instance details, so the activity step can be updated on the backend.
