2843423 - IAS Upgrade via Upgrade Center not working - BizX Platform

Symptom

Create IAS Upgrade not working. It is marked as 'Completed' in Upgrade Center but no tenants created or email sent / received.

  • SAP SuccessFactors HXM Suite
  • SAP Cloud Platform Identity Authentication Service

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Perform Upgrade 'Create SuccessFactors Identity Authentication Service Integration' in Upgrade Center
  2. Upgrade gets marked as 'Completed' but it hasn't created any IAS / IPS tenants or sent out any email

Cause

This can happen due to failures in the background processes related to this Upgrade. It results in a false 'Completed' status in Upgrade Center, even though the required tenant creation and configuration hasn't happened.

Resolution

If you encounter this issue, kindly contact support team under the LOD-SF-PLT-IAS component for further investigation, with the following details->

  • Date of the Upgrade run.
  • BizX Company Id where the Upgrade was run from.
