How to configure Custom Generic Object Talent Pool Field for Job Requisition via Manage Template.

Resolution

Step 1: Configure Standard or Custom Objects for Use as Talent Pool Additional Attributes

Step 2: Go to Admin Center > Manage Template > Select XX Field defined. Click to modify.

Step 3: Add > Add custom field

Step 4:  Fill up the following Required Attribute:

Field-ID:

Field Type: Object

Field Label:

Object Type: ** Put the name of the object association name from Candidate Relationship Management Pool Extension.

 Step 5: Assign Write/Read permission Roles for Recruiting Operators.

If "Manage Template" is not configured on the instance, kindly follow KBA: 2157630 - Enabling Manage Templates in Recruiting - Recruiting Management for activation and if using "Manage Template" is not allowed to the organization, please reach out to your Implementation Partners to configure the field.

OBS: This functionality is strictly to associate a reference of a Talent Pool to a Job Requisition. If the talent pool has the purpose of finding candidates with some specifically qualification that fits the requisition, you can then create and association for easier access.
