After setting the ticket as irrelevant, it is not removed from registered product .

Reproducing the Issue
Go to the Installed Base work center.
Go to the Registered Product view.
Search and open registered product LMN (where LMN represents the registered product name).
Go to the Tickets facet.
You can see there exist ticket PQR (where PQR represent ticket name with status open/In process).
Open ticket PQR and set it irrelevant.
Go back to Registered Product LMN in the Ticket's facet.
You can still see the ticket PQR listed here.
The irrelevant tickets will not be shown in standard ticket query under Registered Product's Ticket facet is plan to be fix in 2002 release.
