2841573 - "Your domain is not trusted. Please contact your system administrator." is shown when click the Continue button after activate an account in email.

Symptom

  • "Your domain is not trusted. Please contact your system administrator." is shown when click the Continue button after activate an account in email.
  • The new user can login in to the tenant from the SAC logon page.

Environment

  • SAP Analytics Cloud 2019.20

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Log on to SAC tenant.
  2. Browser Security->Users
  3. Add an user by input user id and email etc.
  4. Login the mail box to check the "Welcome to SAP Analytics Cloud" email from SAC.
  5. Click the "Activate Account" button in the email.
  6. In the new window, set the password and click Save button.
  7. The "Account Successfully Activated" is shown, then click the Continue button.
  8. The error "Your domain is not trusted. Please contact your system administrator." is shown.

    From SAC logon page, input the user id and password, can logon the tenant successfully.

Cause

 The issue is under investigation by development team.

Resolution

 The issue is under investigation by development team.

Workaround: Even with the error message, the new user can still login to the tenant from the SAC logon page.
