2841462 - Candidate moved via API to Disqualification Status does not respect Delay Disqualification Email Configuration - Recruiting Management

Symptom

Delay Disqualification Email Configuration is not respected by the system if the Candidates were moved via API.

Reproducing the Issue

1. Admin Center > Manage Recruiting Setting > Configure Delay Emails to Disqualified Candidates (in hours)

3. Select an Email Template for the Disqualification Statuses.

2. Execute an API Job to move candidates to any Disqualification Status.

Result: Candidates who were placed to any disqualification status received the disqualification email instantly.

Resolution

This issue is a current limitation of our Product and requires an Enhancement Request, kindly please reach out to our confluence site to submit an enhancement request.
