After uploading candidates via Mass Upload Resumes functionality and clicking on "View the successfully uploaded candidates", the system throws the following error:
"The requested operation is not available. You are not authorized to access the functionality you have requested."

Reproducing the Issue
- Go to Recruiting > Candidates tab
- Add Candidates dropdown > Mass Upload Resumes
- Enter the Batch name and Country
- Upload the files
- Wait until the system uploads the files
- After the successfully upload, click on "View the successfully uploaded candidates."
Software Engineering team has already acknowledged this topic and an investigation is current going on.
UPDATE(10/24/19): Software Engineering has completed the analyzes upon the code and the fix will be implemented within 1911 release.
This KBA will be updated according to Software Engineering evaluations and/or resolutions. If you would like to check for Engineering's investigation on this case, please reach out your CSM and refer the RCM-69354.
As a current workaround, you can check the email notification which is sent for the user performing the upload.
UPDATE (11/14/19): Alongside the 1911 release, the fix code got deployed and the error should be fixed now. In case you are still facing the same scenario, please contact Product Support and report the same.
