When working with job requisition header and footers, it is possible to use the feature Manage Job Posting Header and Footer to configure templates. These templates can be selected when creating job requisitions.
Once the template is selected to a job requisition if any change needs to be performed, the system removes some specific HTML tags and CSS content. This action makes the header and or footer that you are updating to lose the formating.
SuccessFactors Recruiting Management (RCM) - All versions
Reproducing the Issue
- Configure a header and footer template using different HTML and CSS style;
- Open or Create a new job requisition;
- Select the created template (step 1);
- Click the Update button and you will see the header and footer lose the formatting;
As part of the 2019Q3 release the system there were some changes to block some specific HTML tags, however, it should not interfere the accepted style tags.
As of now, our engineering team is investigating if due to the system changes some extra html tags are being removed. If they conclude this is a defect, a code fix will be deployed as soon as possible. We will keep this article updated with the engineering team conclusions.
