2836082 - Missing Apply Changes Button on Rating Scales

Rating Scales is missing Apply Changes, Reset and Delete buttons when adding a new Scale Reference.

SAP SuccessFactors Learning

1. On References > System Admin > Rating Scales > Add New
2. Choose the ID and Description
3. Apply the number of Maximum Rating with Labels as required
4. Apply the number of Reporting Groups, Range and Reporting Group Labels as required
5. Buttons Apply Changes, Reset and Delete are missing

The buttons Apply Changes, Reset and Delete only appear when adding the modifications that have been changed.

1.  On References > System Admin > Rating Scales > Add New
2. Choose the ID and Description
3. Apply the number of Maximum Rating with Labels as required
4. Apply the number of Reporting Groups, Range and Reporting Group Labels as required
5. Click Add
6. The buttons "Apply Changes", "Reset", "Delete" appear to save the changes
