A contact can be added more than once in a Visit even though the contact role has been configured as unique in the Business Configuration.
Further, an error message is displayed in the Visit and you are allowed to Save the Visit despite the error: "Please use not more than 1 party(ies) of role contact".

Reproducing the Issue
Go to the Visits workcenter.
- Go to the Visits view.
- Open any Visit.
- In the Contacts section in the Overview, add more than one Contact.
Result: the error occurs: "Please use not more than 1 party(ies) of role contact".
When you click Save, the Visit is saved successfully.
As per the current system design, a Visit is an error tolerant document and therefore it is allowed to Save despite the error message. However, the system will always show the error when you open the document in order to alert you.
If you want to prevent the document from being saved we recommend to create a PDI customization.
