2822624 - How To Add Additional Processor in Service Ticket

Symptom

You would like to understand how to add an additional processor to a Service Ticket in the Cloud for Customer system.

Environment

 SAP Cloud for Customer

Resolution

  1. Navigate to Service work center.
  2. Navigate to Tickets work center view.
  3. Open any ticket.
  4. Navigate to the Involved Parties tab.
  5. Click on Add button.
  6. In the Role field, select Processor as value.
  7. Notice there is a checkbox named Main, which you can check if this will be the main processor or uncheck in case this will be an additional processor.
  8. Uncheck the checkbox.
  9. Click on Save.
