  • Error: "129 - transaction rolled back by an internal error: External user name *** already exists on provider" occurs when importing user on SAC 

Environment

  • SAP Analytics Cloud 2019.13.4

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Logon SAC.
  2. Go to Security > Users.
  3. Click Import Users > Import Users from File.
  4. Select source file and create mapping.
  5. Click Import button.

Cause

This issue is currently under investigation by Development.
